Goods subject to specialised inspection upon import

Detailed list and handling process to keep goods from getting stuck at the port

Many goods imported into Vietnam must undergo specialized inspection — plant quarantine, quality inspection, and conformity declaration. This is one of the main reasons shipments are flagged for the Red Channel and incur demurrage and detention fees.
