VTM Logistics provides end-to-end Forwarding Services (international freight forwarding) — from cargo pickup at the customer's warehouse, packing, customs clearance, and vessel/flight booking to door-to-door delivery to the consignee. We are a reliable logistics bridge for all import/export shipments through Hai Phong Port.

VTM's Freight Forwarding Process

Receiving Requests — Determine cargo type, route, and requested timing
Vessel/Flight Booking — Book with the carrier and confirm the schedule
Customs Declaration — Prepare documents and submit an electronic customs declaration
Packing & Delivery — Pick up cargo at the warehouse, pack it in wooden crates, lash it, and deliver it to the port/airport
Document Management — Issue B/L and AWB; provide container/flight tracking numbers
Completion & Reporting — Confirm cargo loaded on vessel, update ETA, send document set
